Planning Kits For Year 6 Teachers

What’s Included?

Each learning area kit includes whole class checklists and individual student trackers for the achievement standards and curriculum content descriptions, including AC numbers. Plus, each kit comes with two PDF files that are form-fillable, so you can easily edit, save, and print student information in one place.

The first PDF file includes a cover page where you can enter your name, date, and class, along with a class list and grade allocation breakdown of the Achievement Standard, which has been broken down into separate teachable criteria for you to enter a separate grade for each part of the standard. You can also make anecdotal observations and comments about each student to build up a picture of their performance.

The second PDF file is an individual student kit, where you can enter the student’s name, date, teacher, and grade allocation for both the Achievement Standard and Content Descriptions. You can click a tick box against the appropriate A-E grade of each of the criteria to identify and allocate a final grade for reporting.
