Who are the resources for?
Our resources are tailor-made for individual teachers, tutors, and homeschool parents who work with primary or elementary school students ranging from PreK to Year 6. We believe that year-level classes encompass a wide range of ability levels, so instead of categorizing our resources by specific grades, we organize them by topic. This allows you to easily navigate our website and find content relevant to your teaching needs. Our goal is to provide a diverse range of activities for each topic, catering to all ability levels from Kindergarten to Year 6. How does it work?

Our membership is based on an annual subscription, which means you choose the level of membership that suits you best. Depending on your chosen subscription, you’ll gain immediate access to our extensive resource library, filled with valuable teaching materials. Keep in mind, your membership will be charged automatically, without reminders on a recurring basis each year until you decide to cancel. And here’s the exciting part: we add a minimum of 20 new resources every month! So, no matter which membership you opt for, you’ll always have a fresh supply of engaging materials at your fingertips. How do I share the online games with my students?
Wondering how to share our online games with your students without compromising your personal login details? We’ve got you covered with our brand-new feature called the Students’ Password. As a member, you can now share this password with your class, allowing them to access and enjoy our online games both at home and in the classroom. The best part? You don’t need to log them in or be logged in yourself for them to play the games! This convenient feature is available to all members with a current paid premium membership. Just a friendly reminder, please only share the Students’ Password with your own students and not with colleagues, as sharing it with unauthorized users may result in membership termination without warning.
Do I need to purchase additional software to use the resources?
No, you do not need to pay for any additional software to use our resources. We primarily provide our resources in PowerPoint and PDF formats, which are widely supported and can be accessed using standard software. For PowerPoint files, you can use the Microsoft PowerPoint application, which is commonly available on most computers. If you don’t have Microsoft PowerPoint, you can also use free alternatives like Google Slides or Apple Keynote. For PDF files, you can use Adobe Reader DC, which is a free software that allows you to view and interact with PDF documents. It can be easily downloaded and installed on your computer or mobile device. We strive to ensure that our resources are easily accessible and compatible with commonly available software. So, you can enjoy using our resources without any additional cost or hassle.
Can I reproduce or share your resources?
Sharing or reproducing our resources is not permitted under the terms and conditions of the A Plus Teacher Club subscription. While we understand the desire to spread the magic of our resources, we kindly request that you use them for personal use only. Can I suggest a resource?
The website continues to expand every day, with a minimum of 20 new resources being added each month! If you have a specific resource in mind, simply reach out to us via email. Can I share my account with my partner teacher?
We value and understand your desire to share your account with your partner teacher. However, our subscription model is designed to provide individual access to resources. Each user is required to have their own separate account, as this helps us maintain the integrity of our subscription service. By having separate accounts, you and your partner teacher can each enjoy the full benefits and personalized experience of our platform. We offer a small subscription fee for individual accounts, ensuring that you both have access to all the resources and features. Thank you for understanding.
Do I have to set up recurring payments at the checkout?
Setting up recurring payments at the checkout is a requirement for the A Plus Teacher Club membership. This ensures uninterrupted access to resources and benefits throughout the year. The best part is, by accepting recurring payments, you’ll be grandfathered in at the price you pay on the day, forever! No need to worry about manually renewing your membership each year. It’s a convenient and hassle-free way to enjoy continuous access to our growing library of resources and monthly updates. If you choose not to accept recurring payments, your payment will not be processed, and you won’t be able to download resources or enjoy the full benefits of the A Plus Teacher Club membership. Remember, you have full control over your membership and can cancel recurring payments at any time to discontinue your subscription.
Can I purchase a monthly Subscription?
At the moment, we only offer yearly subscriptions for the A Plus Teacher Club membership. We believe that a yearly subscription provides the best value and allows you to enjoy uninterrupted access to our resources and benefits throughout the year. By choosing a yearly subscription, you can dive into our extensive collection of materials, receive monthly updates, and make the most of your membership. We strive to provide an exceptional experience for our members, and the yearly subscription model helps us maintain the high quality and continuous support that you deserve.
I have paid for a subscription. Why am I being asked to upgrade to download certain resources?
If you’re being asked to upgrade to download certain resources despite having a paid subscription, there could be a couple of reasons for this: 1. Multiple account creation: It’s possible that you have created both a free account and a paid one. Please try logging in again using a different email address associated with your paid subscription to access the resources. 2. A+ Teacher Club Standard account: If you have a Standard subscription, it’s important to note that it doesn’t include access to Premium tier resources. Upgrading to a Premium subscription will provide you with full access to all resources. If you continue to experience any difficulties or have further questions, please reach out to our support team for assistance. We’re here to ensure you have the best possible experience with your subscription.
How do I upgrade my subscription?

Help! I cannot see my login details!
Once your payment is processed (please allow up to 15 minutes), you will receive a welcome email containing all the information you need. If you can’t find the email, we suggest checking your spam folder. In case you still can’t locate it, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to provide you with a copy. However, please note that you don’t have to wait for the email to start using your login details. As soon as your payment is completed, you can log in and get started right away. We’re excited to have you on board!
Help! I cannot see my downloads!
Once you click the download button on a resource, you’ll have instant access to the files. They will be downloaded directly onto your computer, eliminating the need for email links. If you can’t locate the downloaded files, it’s likely that your computer has saved them to the default “Downloads” folder. Please note that the destination folder for downloads is a computer setting that you can modify. We don’t have control over where your files are saved during the download process. If you’re having trouble finding your “Downloads” folder, you can try the following shortcuts: – On a PC, press CTRL+J. – On a Mac, press Command+J. These shortcuts will help you quickly locate your downloaded files and access them for immediate use.
Help! My files are not printing correctly!
If you’re having trouble printing the files, please ensure that you have the correct software installed on your computer, phone, or laptop. We provide PDF and/or PowerPoint versions of our resources. Avoid printing the resource directly from your internet browser, as it may not print correctly and won’t work if it’s an editable PDF. If you’re experiencing difficulty printing a PDF, make sure you’re opening it with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Here’s what you can do: 1. Download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to your computer. 2. Save the files onto your desktop. 3. Close or minimize your internet browser. 4. Right-click on the file and select “Open With Adobe Acrobat Reader.” 5. Once the file is open, click on “Print.” 6. Enter your new email address. 5. Remember to save your changes by clicking on the “Save Profile” button. By following these easy steps, you’ll successfully change your email address associated with your account.
Accounts – Can I Cancel My Membership?
Absolutely! You have the flexibility to end your membership whenever you choose. We believe in putting you in control of your payments and recurring subscription fees. Please keep in mind that we do not handle cancellations on your behalf; it is your responsibility to initiate the process. Cancelling your membership is a breeze, and there are no hidden charges. Follow these simple steps: 1. Log in to your account. 2. Navigate to the Subscriptions section. 3. Click on the “Cancel” option and you’re done! Or cancel via Paypal or your Credit Card Company. After you cancel your recurring subscription you will still have access to your account and be able to download resources for the remainder of the life of the subscription. Please allow for up to 48 hours for the changes and cancellations to be processed, particularly if you have recently joined the membership.
