I have paid for a subscription. Why am I being asked to upgrade to download certain resources?
If you’re being asked to upgrade to download certain resources despite having a paid subscription, there could be a couple of reasons for this:

2. A+ Teacher Club Standard account: If you have a Standard subscription, it’s important to note that it doesn’t include access to Premium tier resources. Upgrading to a Premium subscription will provide you with full access to all resources.
If you continue to experience any difficulties or have further questions, please reach out to our support team for assistance. We’re here to ensure you have the best possible experience with your subscription.

Can I delete my account?
Yes. Accounts can be deleted by contacting admin@aplusteacherclub.com.au.
**** Please note that deleting your account is not the same as cancelling your subscription. You must cancel your recurring payment through your account before requesting deletion to prevent future charges.***
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Once deleted, all access to memberships, downloads, and purchase history will be removed and cannot be recovered.
If your membership is still active at the time of deletion, access will be lost immediately and this does not entitle you to a refund.
We recommend cancelling your subscription and downloading any required resources before requesting account deletion.

If you continue to receive emails after unsubscribing, you may be subscribed to more than one mailing list. In this case, you will need to unsubscribe from each email list individually.

Please note that payments are processed securely through our payment providers, and we do not store your payment details. In some cases, banks and payment providers may still process renewal payments even if card details have changed or expired. This process is managed by your bank or payment provider and is not controlled by A Plus Teacher Club.

Your membership will continue at your current locked-in rate. If you cancel and later choose to rejoin, you will be charged the current pricing at the time of rejoining.
Why didn’t my automatic renewal go through?
Automatic renewal may fail if your payment method has expired, been declined, or requires updating.
If a payment fails, it will be retried daily for up to 5 days. During this time, you can update your payment method in the Subscriptions section of your account to ensure the next attempt is processed successfully.
If payment is not completed within this period, your membership may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
My card has expired — do I still need to cancel my membership?
Yes. An expired card does not cancel your subscription. Your membership remains active until it is cancelled.
Banks and payment providers may still process renewal payments even if card details have changed or expired. This is outside of our control.
To stop future renewals, you must cancel your membership through your account before your renewal date.
What is your refund policy?
All memberships are non-refundable once payment has been processed and access has been granted, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Access to the membership is provided immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the service has been made available to you, regardless of whether you choose to access or use the resources.
Membership provides access to a digital library of resources, including downloadable materials and online tools. Accessing or downloading resources is considered use of the service and fulfilment of the membership.
Memberships renew automatically each year unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and ensure cancellation is completed before renewal. Refunds are not provided for missed cancellations. Automatic renewal is stated at checkout and in the Terms and Conditions agreed to at the time of sign-up.
We do not offer a change of mind or cooling-off period. A free account is available to preview resources prior to purchase.
Cancellation can be completed at any time during your paid period; however, refunds are not provided for any remaining time after cancellation, as access continues until the end of the billing period.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Go to Settings > Safari
Under Privacy & Security:
Turn OFF Prevent Cross-Site Tracking
Turn OFF Block All Cookies
Refresh the game page
2. Clear Safari data
Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
Close and reopen Safari, then reload the game
3. Check school network restrictions
School filters may block embedded content
Ask your IT team to whitelist: wordwall.net
